OVERBREATH=statute punishes both protected and unprotected speech.

VAGUENESS=people of ordinary intelligence must guess at meaning.

PRIOR RESTRAINT=gov't action restricting free speech in advance of publication (gag order) (obscene books ok if safeguards are afforded).

UNFETTERED DISCRETION= licensing official has UNFETTERED discretion to confer or deny permit
