Speaker of the House
Chosen by the Majority Party, presides over the House when Congress is in session.
President of the Senate

Appointed to deal with particular areas or issues.

Appointed to both sides of Congress to come together to reach an agreement.

A temporary "conference" to over come differences between the two houses.
