خِلاَلَكُمْ

تَزْهَقَ

يَفْرَقُونَ

they are afraid

مَلْجَأً

place to flee to, place of refuge

مُدَّخَلاً
|
place to enter, a retreating hole

يَجْمَحُونَ
|
they run away in haste / in obstinate rush
|
|
|
يَلْمِزُكَ
|
accuse you (O Muhammad)

أُعْطُواْ

فَأَعْقَبَهُمْ

so He punished them

نِفَاقًا

by putting hypocrisy

أَخْلَفُواْ
|
they broke (the covenant with)
|
|
|
الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ
|
those who do something willingly
|
|
|
جُهْدَهُمْ
|
their endeavor
|
|
|
الْمُخَلَّفُونَ
|
pp. those who stayed behind
|
|
|
بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ
|
in their places
|
|
|
خِلاَفَ
|
behind
|
|
|
حَرًّا
|
heat
|
|
|
وَلْيَبْكُواْ
|
and let them weep, they should weep
|
|
|
لاَ تُصَلِّ
|
do not pray
|
|
|
قَبْرِهِ

أُوْلُواْ الطَّوْلِ

those who have wealth and influence

الْمُعَذِّرُونَ

الأَعْرَابِ

(the women) who sit behind
