Workbook
like a notebook that is created when excel is started
Worksheet

Cell

Cell Reference
A cells unique address which is the coordinates if the intersection of the column and row
Active Cell
The cell into which you can enter data
Name Box

Appears to the far left of the number. There may be spaces between it and the number

APpears to the immediate left of the number with no spaces between it and the number
