Self-Esteem

Evaluations of self-worth. Basically is your perception of your self concept.

Ego-Booster

A person who has helped enhanced your self-esteem by acting in a way that made you feel accepted, worthwhile, and/or important. It doesn't matter whether they are a stranger or family.

Someone who has acting in a small or large way, lowered your self-esteem. Messages are not always intentional.
