Applied Leakage Test - |
-Be in 1st gear with parking brake released. -"Tell examiner air pressure should not drop more than 4 psi.. in one minute" -Hold pedal ttill Fully charged system, engine off, key on, tell examiner reading of primary air gauge -Begin timer for one minute, tell examiner new test results ethier good or bad test. |

Low Air Pressure Warning Device Test |
-"tell examiner the low air warning must signal between 55 and 75 psi" -Pump foot brake pedal until low air warning comes on then stop -tell examiner what number the low air warning first went off on primary air gauge, then if it was a good or bad test |

Spring Brake test |
-Say" I’m Going to do my spring brakes test and my spring brakes should pop out between 20-45 psi" -Say I’m Going to do my spring brakes test and my spring brakes should pop out between 20-45 psi (red/yellow knobs) -if red pops out first tell examiner Number it popped out. (usually at 35psi.)
-continue pumping brakes until yellow knob popped out give reading for tractor. (Usually at 23) -For all say good test or bad test. -***Put truck in neutral Start engine Begin next test |

Air Compressor Governor Cut-it Pressure Test |
-Tell examiner "Air Compressor must Cut-in at before 100 psi"
-Give brake pedal one pump give reading of primary air gauge-give 1500 rpm's of gas. Count to 15 seconds slowly
(If needle does not rise repeat the process pump Brake Pedal again and give gas wait another 15 seconds),
-when needle starts to rise you will know the governor has cut-in. Say good test or bad test. |

Parking Brake Test |
-Put truck in first gear push in red trailer brake knob. -slowly release the clutch until parking brake is preventing the truck from moving -push in clutch and tell examiner the parking brake is in good working order-Push in yellow and repeat |

Service Brake Test |
-Release Parking brake put truck in first gear let clutch out slowly -Hands off steering wheel but beside it for safety-Push brake Pedal -Tell examiner "service backe works"-Reset Parking Brake Put truck in neutral Start Pre trip inspection. |
