3 TYPES OF LEGAL LIABILITY |
Strict Liability- primarily used in products liability Manufacturer is held strictly liable for injury caused by the product
Absolute Liability- aka "dangerous instrumentality doctrine" doesnt matter-guns, animals, explosives. damage is without regard to negligence. |
