Community Partnership is a new idea for most departments. Creating solid working relationship in which the police and the community participate together takes time and requires strategies and commitment.

Problem solving

Problem solving by Frontline officers is a new and radical concept for most departments. It requires some significant internal organizational changes. some departments are not up to this part of community policing, which is the more difficult of the two - community partnership and problem solving.
