North American revolution

Revolution involving the colonies of Britain here, and Britain itself, who wanted to be separated from the British, they started it because of all the heavy taxing the King was doing on them. They gained their independence through their revolution, leading to a small power defeating the world's stronger power, got some help from the French which made them go bankrupt, starting the French revolution, but ended up spicing up other revolutions for independence and made the United States constitution through it.

French Revolution

-A period of time in France when the people overthrew the monarchy and took control of the government. The French Revolution lasted 10 years from 1789 to 1799. It began on July 14, 1789 when revolutionaries stormed a prison called the Bastille.




-Led to the making of the Declaration of the rights of man and citizen.

Declaration of the rights of man and citizen

A document made by the French National Assembly that gave all equal rights to people and their property, helped with the French Revolution, said men are born free and are always free and equal throughout freedom.

Napoleon Bonaparte

Famous French army general that soon won victorious for the French he started explaining that favored by the people in the house where the French revolution and strengthen it and then he completely took over the French government and rule it he became a dictator or a monarch in the way

Haitian Revolution

This revolution was sparked up by the French and North America Revolution and was the only successful slave rebellion in the world. This was led by rich Africans and successful generals, this led to plantations being burned, which then led to them becoming independent but falling behind in terms of the world and technology.

Spanish American revolution

1898 conflict between the United States and Spain that ended Spanish colonial rule in the Americas and resulted in U.S. acquisition of territories in the western Pacific and Latin America. Most of the events that led to the Latin American Revolution were begun because of the Spanish colonization and conquering of the Latin American people. These events were: Spain setting up colonies in the Americas. Creoles and Mestizos grow discontented with the Spanish rule.



Nationalism

The feeling of pride in ones own country relating to culture, territory, ethnicity, religion and this led to imperialism

A book made by an English woman named Mary who said that women also represented the three estates of class.

Is the belief of many early feminists that women as mothers and caregivers had an important but distinctive role to play in society and in politics. It incorporates reform ideas from social feminism, and combines the concepts of maternalism and feminism.

She was a feminist book out for many feminist organizations being the voice for women across the country she also spoke at many conferences regarding women’s rights and writing the women’s Declaration of Independence

Abolitionist movement

Movements where people wanted to get rid of slavery and abolish it as soon as people started realizing that it was wrong to do so. This was due to Enlightenment and after the French put the Declaration of Man and Citizen, which said everyone was free and equal.
