Immediately flush with cold water until the burning sensation subsides. |

Provide fresh air. If breathing stops, use artificial resuscitation. |

In the event of a fire... |
Turn off all gas outlets. Unplug all appliances. Use fire blanket or fire extinguisher to smother fire. Do not cut off a person's air supply. |

In the event you sustain an eye injury... |
Immediately flush the eye with running water. Remove contact lenses. Do not allow the eye to be rubbed if a foreign object is present in the eye. |

In the event you sustain a minor cut... |
Allow the cut to bleed briefly. Wash it with soap and water. Apply slight pressure if cut continues to bleed. |

If you are poisoned... |
Note what substance was responsible and alert the teacher immediately. |

If a chemical is spilled on your skin... |
Flush with water. |
