12th amendment:

1: In the election of 1800 their was a tie so therefore that caused the 12th amendment to be created.


2: The 12th amendment prevented there from being a tie in the election.

laissez-faire:

1: It was a French philosophy witch means let the people choose.

Marbury vs. Madison:

1:Not all commissions were passed out before Adams left office so to force the delivery of his commission he took his case to the supreme court.

2:1:The constitution is the supreme law of the land.2:The constitution must be followed when there is conflict or disagreement with it or any other law.3: The judaical branch must uphold the continuation.


3:This contradicted his word because he gave the federal government a lot more power.

Judiciary Act of 1801:

1:This act set up regional courts with 16 judges.


2: The federalist.


3: He wanted the federalist to have a little power left in the government so he tryed to appoint all judge that he wanted before he left office. He ended up not getting them all sent out in time.
