Thinking: A person who flees is deserving of injury because they ran, they got what was coming, therefore they are not a victim. Ex. Thinking: A prostitute wasn't raped because she opens her legs for everyone, she should have know better. See the "Victim" AS LESSER. Greater more human use of discretion of those who are not minorities and/or in poverty...etc. Less discretion for this in poverty and/or who are a minority...etc. |
