What is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)?
|
A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is an organization who leases employees to small and mis-sized businesses. Small businesses cannot afford benefits such as 401k and what not, so these PEOs take care of those employee needs by utilizing economies of scale. They handle the HR tasks of smaller businesses.

In-Baskset Excercises are used to simulate a problem. Employees/Applicants are given a series of documents detailing various problems that require an immediate response. Thus participants are forced to make decisions under pressure and give priorities to various problems.

|
A group is given a problem or topic and are not given the solution. Participants are judged on initiative, leadership, and the ability to work in a group setting.
