Parenteral Nutrition
A combination of amino acids, dextrose, fats, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, and water administered intravenously. Parental nutrition is capable of providing all the nutrients needed to sustain life
Radiopharmaceutical
A drug that is or has been made to be radioactive. Although a few radiopharmaceuticals are used to treat diseases (e.g, radioactive iodine), most are used as diagnostic agents
Reagent Kit
Vials containing particular compounds, usually in freeze-dried form used in nuclear pharmacy
