relaxation
The process of effectively moving the mind/body from the stress response to the relaxation response.
passive alertness
A state of mind, during relaxation technique practice, that is relaxed, nonstriving, and unconcerned with the end product.
power nap
A means of relaxation that combines deep breathing, mindfulness, and yoga to relax and rejuvenate body and mind.
