adhesion
a band of scar tissue between or around organs.
dehiscence
the separation and disruption of previously joined wound edges, typically an abdominal incision.
evisceration
the separation and disruption of previously joined wound edges to the extent that an internal organ, typically intestinal contents, protrudes through the wound.
fibroblasts
