What are the sources of fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins?

Vitamin A- Liver, Milk, Fish oils and Egg yolk.


Vitamin D- Oily fish, Cheese, Milk and Sunlight(non-food source).


Vitamin E- Vegetable oils, Whole-grain food, Egg yolk, Nuts and Liver.


Vitamin K- Liver, Vegetable oils and Legumes.


Vitamin B1- Peas, Eggs and Meat.


Vitamin B2- Dairy products, Eggs and Meat.


Vitamin B3- Meat, Fish, Poultry, Potatoes, Whole-grain food and Liver.

Vitamin E- Deficiency: Rare Toxicity: Rare.


Viatmin K- Deficiency: Blood is not able to clot properly. Toxicity: Rare.
