Federalism is a system in which the power to govern is shared between national and central (state) governments. It makes the idea flourish because the states have so much difference but one common goal under a figurehead of the higher government.
What is one fundamental fact of a state's policy? And why?
Population - the cost of using more policies and such is based on population. The more people the less you can charge people. The less there are of people and the larger the state, such as Alaska, then you have to charge more to less citizens.
