When an employee of a member firm wants to OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT ANOTHER FIRM, certain periods must be followed:

1.Associated person must notify in writing BOTH BEFORE account is opened
2.Employing firm must advise the the employee in writing of approval or disapproval
3.If approved, the executing member must follow the instructions of the employing member regarding requests for copies of confirms and.or monthly statements
