Thienobenzodiazepines

Sedation, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, tremor, hyperglycemia and diabetes, postural hypotension, urinary retention, sexual dysfunction, restlessness, extrapyramidal symproms occur rarely at high doses. may cause QT interval prolongation so should be used cautiously in patients with heart disease

confusion, weight gain, nausea, dizziness, increased urination, hunger, thirst, impared thermoregulation and hyperglycemia, blood glucose should be monitored in diabetics

aripiprazole, asenapine (atypical neuroleptics)

this type of neuroleptic also has risk with elderly patients with dementia, risk of death, and can produce suicidal thoughts and cause hyperglycemia and diabetes. therefore a boxed warning is needed
