Occult blood. For GI system, stools would be black and tarry. This is a sign of bleeding. What is the term for this?

Malignant neoplasms = asymptomatic + require routine rectal exam. Begins as an ulcer with rolled edges to a cauliflower shape, fixed, stone-hard.
