What is a cell theory?

They have organelles when they are young, but when they mature they lose these and their nucleus in order to carry more oxygen.
Why are mature red blood cells not classified as prokaryotes?
The membrane lipids are different

Also, erythrocytes (Red Blood Cells) are part of a multicellular organism while prokaryotes only make up unicellular organisms.
