The goal of (CFRT) is to ensure quality force investigations through investigative evaluation. The (CFRT) will respond to specific force incidents, where they will monitor the inquiry, including: |
interviewing all involved, examining any evidence and monitoring the facility supervisor as they conduct their inquiry.

Each facility shall maintain a logbook for recording all |
court orders received by and affecting the unit. The date and time a court order is received by the facility, as well as the date and time a court order is executed.

The following guidelines shall apply to court-ordered telephone calls: |
