The guest may then request to have it prepared medium well or well done.

Crispy chicken breast lightly breaded and served over steamed white rice with fresh vegetables and spicy miso sauce.

Tourguide: "That's served over white rice, we do have brown rice if you prefer."

If the guest asks, Katsu is a chicken cutlet prepared Japanese style (lightly breaded and fried crisp). Sesame seeds are sprinkled on top of the chicken.
