"In the coming weeks and months, the Hindenburg disaster remained front page news, and within weeks, millions of people around the world had seen the footage."

According to the article "The Flaming Sky" in the September issue of Storyworks, zepplins were considered the safest and fastest way to travel across the ocean until its explosion was caught on film.

Being able to watch the disaster created fear in the hearts of many. To make things worse, no one knows for certain what caused the explosion.

The author Lauren Tarshis writes,

The Hindenburg explosion affected the future of zepplins forever.

Because of the fear and unknown causes, Tarshis reported that zeppelins were never used for passenger travel again ruining its future.
