(AUTO) The policy territory of the unendorsed PAP is defined as

the United States, its territories or possessions, Puerto Rico, or Canada. (This territory does not include Mexico. The Limited Mexico Coverage endorsement can be added to provide a limited amount of coverage while in Mexico.)

Form HO 24 81 is a personal injury endorsement that adds liability coverage for personal injury to others, such as
false arrest, false detention, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction, wrongful entry, and defamation.
Any employer that knowingly provides false information to the Director so that he or she may become self-insured, his or her own risk carrier, or a group pool association is subject to
Louisiana perjury laws.
