Angina
CP, characterized by tightness, radiating pain or discomfort resulting from a lack of blood flow to the heart muscle
Diastole
Widening of the chambers of the heart btw 2 contractions when the chamber fill with blood again (relax)
Varicosities
condition in which a vein is swollen and tortuous. (varicose veins)
Systole
contraction of the chambers of the heart (esp the ventricles) to drive blood into the aorta and pulmonary artery (Contract)
Bruit
term for unusual sound that blood makes when it rushes past an obstruction (called turbulent flow) in an artery

Trembling/shaking; irregular, rapid beating or pulsation of the heart
