I have good communication and team management. An example of this that i have managed my own dance choreography which meant i had to communicate with 6 dancers directing them to make a story through the chosen theme.

i also have good decision making skills. This is shown when i had to make many important decisions by cutting some of my friends out of my choreography. This shows that no matter if they are my friends i focus on the task i'm giving.

I also have good determination. My experience of this is during the start of some subjects that i struggled with last year, i thought about dropping them, but i decided that id stick to them and follow them through doing everything i could do pass them.

I am also very helpful. An example of this is when i helped Elliot pass his exam by volunteering to serve at the burns supper.

I also have a positive attitude. I try to find the positive side in every situation. When my mum and dad split up, i always kept thinking that although they weren't together they we're both happy.

I also have good mentoring skills as when my friends or little sister have a problem or something is on their mind they always confide in me either just to listen to them or to try help them to sort their problem.

I'm also very respectful. Throughout my school years i have respected the teachers, pupils, other staff and rules. I also haven't been in trouble.

I am also very focused and enthusiastic. This is can be shown through when i complete my school work or other activities i do i'm always focused and enthusiastic about them and towards them.

Finally, i am a very encouraging person. An example of this is when people tell me ideas they have or what they want to do i always support them and encourage them in every way i can.

I hope that the skills and qualities i have outlined to you show that i have the necessary attributes to be an excellent role model for a school captain. Thank you for allowing me to do this presentation this morning.
