|

Benefit: Workers quickly feel part of the business and can therefore do their tasks more effectively from the start of their employment. Limitation: It increases business cost as the workers are not adding to output but are receiving their wage or salary. |

On-the-job training:

The worker learns the skills they need in the workplace, watching or following an experienced worker.
