The first step/model in the commucation process is THE SOURCE. |

The Source actually refers to the sender of information whether it be a person, website, organisation etc. The Receiver is the person or group receiving the message from the Sender. Feedback refers to the response given to each other by both parties. E.G: How would the Sender know if the info sent was successful? |

Communication is a process and they are certain characteristics that must be displayed in order for communication to be effective. For instance; Expression of the message; however you choose to convey the message as the Sender to the receiver determines the impression or the understanding the Reciever will get. To inform; you either want to educate, instruct or find out information from the Reciever..this can determine what medium you will use to express the message. To Understand; you as the sender and to be understood by the receiver effectively. To Understand; you as the Sender now seek to underatand what the receiver wants of the way thwy view your message . |

Written Commucation is the use of written words to send a message from one party to another. |
