The job analysis identifies the tasks and responsabilitoies related to a job. |

The job specification is a document which outlines the requirements, qualifications, expertise, physical charcteristics, etc. for a specific job. |

When a vacancy is filled with someone who is not in the company and therefore will be new to the company. |
