• Management By Objective
Goal Specific:
• Participative Decision Making (Buy-in) - Get people to do thing the way you want them to do. In other words, will they buy-in to your goal ideas?
• Explicit time period - The time to complete a task will expand or contract according to the time alive. (Set goal for your employee in a short time, but not too short because they are pressuring them) The 80/20 rules, 80% of all task will be accomplished within the last 20% of our time.
• Performance feedback: A way for a participant to know where they are so they can make adjustment necessary. The outline for the project is a good example.
