Diagnosis
Isolation
1:640 titers --> acute infection
Lower titers --> previous infection or cross-reacting antibodies
Treatment
DOC: Tetracycline and Doxycycline
Severe cases - Streptomycin, Gentamycin, or Rifampin is added
