Discribe blood flow through the heart
blood flows into R Atria through the tricuspid valve into the Right Ventricle and then pumped out through the pulmonary semilunar valve to the lungs via plumonary arteries. From the lung, blood returns via pulmonary veins into the L Atrium and through the mitrial valve into the left ventricle. From left ventricle, blood is ejected through the Aortic valve and into the Aortic arch. Blood then returns to the systemic system.
What is the first branch of the aorta? and what does it supply?
coronary arteries, supply blood to the myocardium
Discribe the lub sound
lub sound is the vibration and abrupt closer of the AV valves as the ventricles contract.
Discribe the dub sound
dub sound is the sound of the of both semilunar valves closing when the ventricles undergo diastole
