Vibrations Medicine |
- refers to the way of interpreting the body's NRG - recognizes that each organ and system in the body transmits NRG @ specific frequency, when we are healthy we are "in tune" - An area of the body that is not transmitting @ its normal frequency indicates the location of the problem - helps the body return to the right frequency thus healing can occur |

Chakra |
- Believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force NRG - Word "chakra" literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity - Generally 6 of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of NRG that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead and the 7th which is beyond the physical region - Consciousness and NRG move from one frequency to another in spiraling fashion - The body has NRG centers that look like spinning wheels (chakras) - they allow NRG to flow from one part of the body to another - As with all things in our reality they are linked to sound, light, and color |

Become completely empty of preconceived notion, ideas, and methods, you will not have all the answers 3. focus mainly on intuition (also knowledge) 4. Bring these procedures into play only when moment dictates it and not before, use only when right |
