Vibrations Medicine

- refers to the way of interpreting the body's NRG


- recognizes that each organ and system in the body transmits NRG @ specific frequency, when we are healthy we are "in tune"


- An area of the body that is not transmitting @ its normal frequency indicates the location of the problem


- helps the body return to the right frequency thus healing can occur

Human NRG Field (Aura)

- An electromagnetic field that surrounds the physical body, extends as far out as your outstretched arms and full length of your body


- Contains and reflects each individuals NRG

Chakra

- Believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force NRG


- Word "chakra" literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity


- Generally 6 of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of NRG that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead and the 7th which is beyond the physical region


- Consciousness and NRG move from one frequency to another in spiraling fashion


- The body has NRG centers that look like spinning wheels (chakras)


- they allow NRG to flow from one part of the body to another


- As with all things in our reality they are linked to sound, light, and color





What are the 7 Chakras, their location, and associated emotional issue?

1. ROOT - Represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded (L: Base of the spine in tailbone area; EI: Survival Issues, financial-independence)


2. SACRAL - Our connection and ability to accept others and new experiences (L: Lower abdomen; EI: Sense of abundance, wellbeing, pleasure, sexuality)


3. SOLAR PLEXUS - Our Ability to be confident and in control of our lives (L: Upper abdomen; EI: Self Esteem, Responsibility, Ego)


4. HEART - Ability to love (L: center of chest; EI: Love, Joy, Inner Peace)


5. THROAT: Our ability to communicate (L: Throat; EI: Communication, Self Expression, Truth)


6. 3RD EYE: Ability to see the big picture (L: Forehead between eyes; EI: Ability to see the big picture)

- Something that represents power to someone, like ppl, situations, and things


- Each of us has numerous power symbols and each has a biological consequence


- Our lives are structured around power symbols like money, authority, title, beauty, security, ect

Power Target

- The objects or pp we are drawn to


- Our connection to a power draws some power away from our own feild and into the target


- Our emotions control our attachment to our power targets

- Has external concept of power

4 techniques for developing psycospirituality (awareness)

1. Set aside your ego: reminder that this is not about us, meditate, calm thoughts, you are now serving this person for session, you will be present for them


2. Become completely empty of preconceived notion, ideas, and methods, you will not have all the answers


3. focus mainly on intuition (also knowledge)


4. Bring these procedures into play only when moment dictates it and not before, use only when right
