Stand guard when an employee is in the process of granting illegal favors, violating facility rules, or is being compromised or harmed. |

Areas of job assignments where staff members have or can be turned into " Mules". Youth know that it is only a matter of time before both they and their supplier are caught. |

First Amendment |
