Aerobic Respiration

Uses glucose and oxygen to give energy, Co2 and H2O are waste products and most chemical reactions take place in the mitochondria and are crib trolled by enzymes.

Anaerobic respiration

When there isn't oxygen present you start exercising anaerobically, lactic acid is produced and the deeper breathes help oxygen dissolve the lactic acid and remove it like the waste products via faeces.

What is Oxygen Debt

Oxygen debt is when your body works anaerobically and there isn't enough oxygen being take in, so therefore during the recovery process you breathe heavier and deeper allowing more O2 to enter and more Co2 to exit.
