How can you make a stem cell out of a somatic cell?

Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer - Remove nucleus from egg, insert nucleus from somatic cell - the somatic nucleus gets reprogrammed by factors in the egg, act like a stem cell.

What is a new theory of cancer involving stem cells?

CSC - cancer stem cell. Some stem cells get messed up and can be driving cancer. Stem cells get mutations, replentish tumors. Most growth from CSC. May be slow-growing, so conventional therapies may not help.
