What does the IgA antibody do? Where is it found?
Prevents adherence to epithelial cells, found in milk, tears, mucus.
What does the IgD antibody do and where is it found?
Is an antigen receptor, B cell membrane.
What does the IgE antibody do and where is it found?
Stimulates release of histamines and attracts esinophils. Found on tonsils, skin, mucous membrane.
What does the IgG antibody do and where is it found?
Is a secondary immune response, binds complement. 75% circulating.
What does the IgM antibody do and where is it found?
Helps with agglutination, 1 degree immune response. Found in B cell membrane.

Limit attack.

Descend from cytotoxic T cells.
