1st Amendment
Right to petition, free speech, religion, assembly, press, think and act freely.
2nd Amendment
Right to bare arms and to have a militia.
3rd Amendment
No quartering in times of peace without owners consent.
4th Amendment
Protection from search and seizure without probable cause or a warrant.
5th Amendment
Cannot be tried for the same crime twice, right to not self incriminate, needs indictment for trial.
