Study of the physical features of the earth

Ex. Topography, climate, vegetation, forces that shape the earth

Anything on the earth or land that was created by natural process



Formed by tectonic forces ( volcanoes, earthquakes) or glaciation (the movement and melting of ice over time)

Ex. Mountains, rivers, valleys, hills, fjords, glaciers

The average weather and temperature conditions in one region over time

Anything that humans use in a productive way, taken from nature/earth

Ex. Gold, trees, fish, minerals, soil
