Support your partner’s suit on the two level

Bid on the one level (new suit or 1NT)

Front 3

Response to a suit bid:
10-12 HCP

Back 3

Support your partner’s suit on the three level

Introduce a new suit on the one or two level

Front 4

Response to a suit bid:
13+ HCP

Back 4

With support for partner’s suit, first bid a new suit. Then jump to game.
Without support, make sure you make forcing bids until you get to game.
Potential for slam!!

Response to a 1NT Bid:
0-7 HCP

Back 5

Without a 5 card major = pass
With 5+ card major, Jacoby transfer to H or S.
DO NOT bid again

Front 6

Response to a 1NT Bid:
8-9 HCP

Back 6

With 5+ card major = Jacoby transfer, then invite game
With 4 card major = Stayman, then invite game
With neither = 2 NT (invitational)

Front 7

Response to a 1NT Bid:
10+ HCP

Back 7

5+ card major, transfer, then force to game.
4 card major, Stayman, then force to game.
With neither = 3 NT

Response to a preemptive bid:
0-13 HCP

Back 8

Continue preempt if not VUL

Response to a preemptive bid:
14+ HCP

Back 9

If fit, jump to game or look for slam
no fit, and NT seems possible bid 2 NT (feature asking).
If you have a long suit of your own, bid it (forcing one round).
