what is a circulatory system?

Your circulatory system carries oxygen and glucose in your body to all your body's cells so that energy can be released through aerobic respiration.

Aerobic respiration.

The word fit relates to how much physical activities your capable of doing and how quickly your body can recover afterwards.

Strength, stamina, flexibility, agility and speed.

What is cardiovascular efficiency.

How well your heart copes with aerobic exercise and how quickly it recovers afterwards. It also is used to measure someones general fitness.
