What options are available if the PAT is inoperative for takeoff?

The PAT is deferrable per MEL, PAT data is required for T/O.
Obtain a replacement PAT from maintenance if available. If not, contact GOC for the data or use a PAT from another airplane. Do not remove PATs from other airplanes. |
