Aminoglycosides

-Against: anaerobic bacilli and negative aerobes.

Azalides

Similar to erythromycin, active against staphylococcus and streptococcus.


Clarithromycin- has enhanced activity against helicon after pylori, moraxella catarrhalis, c.trachomatis and Borrelia burgdofri.
