Hard and soft palate


Expect symmetry, no lesions, swelling, or drooping, teeth in good repair, tongue freely mobile, tissue pink, moist and intact
Neck Assessment
Palpating lymph nodes
Assess for tenderness & enlargement
Thyroid - movement, tenderness, granules?, symetry
