When reviewing family history, these are important parts.......
Age and health of living family
-age and cause of death
-parents, sibs, kids, grandparents
-review of heriditary diseases
When recording hereditary diseases...
Ask and record the presence AND absence of heriditary diseases.

IF hereditary diseases are present, obtain history for gparents, aunts, uncles and cousins x 2 generations
