Steering Wheel Play – no more than 2 inches on a 20-inch wheel or 10 degrees,
city horn working Clutch Pedal – rubber or anti-slip surface on the pedal, no obstructions behind pedal, return spring present Clutch Free-Play – no less than 1-inch free play, no more than 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Brake Pedal – must be firm, rubber or anti-slip surface on the pedal, no obstructions behind pedal. Fuel Pedal – does not stick, no obstructions behind and/or around the pedal. Trailer Hand Valve – check to make sure it is in the off positionHorns – air and city/electric horns are working |

Gearshift Lever – secure, must be in neutral with the clutch released, rubber boot in place
Wiper/Washers Switch – turns on and checks for correct operation and fluid level .Light Switches – turn on and off to make sure they operate correctly. Left/Right Turn Indicator - turn on and off to make sure they operate correctly. 4-Way Flashers - turn on and off to make sure they operate correctly. High and Low Beams – should both be working .Heater/Defrost Switch - turn on and off to make sure they operate correctly. Windshield/Mirrors - check for no obstructions to vision. Oil Pressure Gauge – check to make sure it is working. 20-40 psi @ idel 40-60 psi @ run Temperature Gauge - check to make sure it is working. 180-210 degree Ammeter/Voltmeter - check to make sure it is working. 12-14 volts Fuel Gauge - check to make sure it is working and visually check tanks. |
