What is Question B?
Question B is asking you how the sources are useful and what the limitations are to a historian. This question will never change!
How do you structure your essay?
The first paragraph you must use one source! explain how it is useful/limited to the historian (top grades require a limitation/usefulness as well if there is one). Looking at who said the source, typical to the period etc.

Second paragraph you must choose 2-3 different sources and compare them. Do they show a correlation? Do they both show that the sources aren't reliable??? etc

The Third paragraph you should be talking about all the sources as a set. How they are useful as a collection, how they might be limited as a collection.
Reliability
You should be asking yourself the following questions when thinking about Reliability (one of the most important things when answering this question): How reliable are the sources to you? Who has said the source to make it reliable? Where was it said? Will it be biased? HISTORICAL KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!! do you believe it would be reliable?
Typical of the time period
You must ask yourself whether it is typical of the time period the source has come from. If the source is typical of that time period then it could be reliable and thus useful to a historian. If it isn't typical of the time period then it probably isn't useful. This again requires good historical knowledge!!! how can you know it is typical if you don't know the time period?!?!!??!?!?!?!
Purpose of the source
Does the source actually have any meaning that is relevant for an historian interested in that interpretation? What is the source saying? How does it help??? etc
