the cooperate building makes a statement of the company and the goal of the people within it, which varies. and has to hold larges amounts of people. |

Art deco appeared after world war one, it is flashy for commercial sending the message of quick money and lots of it. international style sends the message of serious work, form follows function. post modern is out if the city (suburban) came in the mid 1980's-1990's. it is centered around the people/workers and their health and families, a stress free environment. |

each hotel caters to different kinds/types of residence. |

lake point view is a self contain apartment and everyone has a 360 view of the city. habitat is a very organized (box) apartment were everyone has their own entrance, windows on four sides etc. casa mila all walls are curved, their is no floor plan and has a natural weathering look. they are similar in the sense they all have the same purpose which is housing.
